As a Lead Teacher at Inner Force Tots Early Learn Center, you will be student facing most of the day. You will work closely with your grade team and the instructional leadership team to internalize, develop, and implement curriculum; provide high-quality instruction; track and measure student progress; create a positive classroom and school culture, and to engage in reflection and continuous improvement. As a team we will work together to prepare students with the skills, strength of character, and emotional well-being to excel academically, lead in their communities, and realize their best possible selves.

As an Assistant Teacher at Inner Force Tots Early Learn Center, you will assist the Lead Teacher in the providing instructional activities and supervision of the children.
Qualifications
High School Diploma AND Assistant Teacher Certification
As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you will aid in the cognitive and social development of children aged 6 weeks to 24 months. Teachers should possess high energy and the ability to handle the needs of babies and toddlers to teach the most basic social skills focusing on play-centered learning and creativity to attain age-appropriate milestones.

As a Teacher’s Aide at Inner Force Tots Early Learn, you will support the Lead Teacher to ensure a safe and stimulating educational environment for children. You will assist by performing tasks that may be given such as taking attendance, supervision of play activities or the preparation of lesson plans.
Qualifications
Child Development Associate (CDA) certification preferred
The receptionist will be responsible for managing our front desk daily while performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our learning center. You will welcome guests and parents, answer and redirect a high volume of telephone calls and perform any other reasonable duty as needed for the cohesive operation of the center.
