Inner Force Centers welcomes students of every race, color, nationality, and ethnic origin, granting them full access to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities we offer. We do not discriminate based on race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin in the administration of our educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other school-administered programs.
We observe all major holidays. Announcements regarding holiday closures and other school closures will be made in September and throughout the year. Please note that tuition fees are applicable for all holiday and school closures.
Admission is subject to approval by our program and Educational Directors. Prior to admission, all required medical and dental examination records, including necessary immunizations, must be up-to-date. All required documentation must be completed before a child’s placement in the program.
Drop-off time is at 9:00 am. Punctuality is essential, and lateness will not be tolerated. No child will be accepted after noon without a doctor’s note.
Inner Force Centers operates from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The school closes promptly at 5:00 pm. A late charge of $5 for every 15 minutes past 5:00 pm will be added to your bill. In extreme cases, we reserve the right to terminate a child’s registration in the program.
Children frequently take trips to local venues such as the public library and parks, as well as scheduled program trips. Daily walks around the neighborhood are also part of our routine, weather permitting. For these outings, we may use chartered buses or Inner Force Centers vehicles, which are inspected and approved by the NYS.
We encourage parents to establish a collaborative relationship with their child’s teacher to better accommodate the child’s individual needs.
